Mrs. Leclerc has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from HEC Montréal. She joined the federal public service in 2001. During her career with the federal government, she’s held various positions, including financial auditor, methodology and financial information presentation specialist, and organizational training administrator.

For more than 10 years now, she has been working at an executive level. She is presently in charge of organizational risks planning and management, as well as quality control for her employer.

Madame Leclerc has been serving on the Board of Directors of Moisson Outaouais since June 2023.
