14th Loto-moisson: The Community Steps up
September 22, 2026
The 14th edition of Loto-Moisson came to a close last night with the official draw held at Motoforce in L’Ange-Gardien. Once again, this annual Moisson Outaouais fundraising campaign brought together residents, businesses and partners around a shared goal: supporting the fight against food insecurity in the region.
This year, 14,920 tickets were sold, raising $373,000 in support of Moisson Outaouais’ mission. These funds will directly support the organization’s activities and strengthen its ability to meet the growing need for food assistance throughout the Outaouais region.
“What makes Loto-Moisson so special is that, beyond the chance to win, every ticket also represents an act of solidarity with our community. At a time when needs are significant, choosing to participate means choosing to lend a helping hand to people right here in our region. It may seem like a simple gesture, but when we all come together, it makes a real difference,” said Marie-Pier Chaput, Director of Communications at Moisson Outaouais.
Partners Making a Real Difference
Loto-Moisson is made possible thanks to the commitment of numerous partners and ticket retailers throughout the region. Moisson Outaouais would particularly like to recognize the support of Subaru Outaouais, RONA, Motoforce, Casino du Lac-Leamy and Nordik Spa-Nature, as well as all the other partners whose contributions play an important role in the success of the campaign.
This 14th edition featured 21 prizes, including a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek, a CF MOTO ATV, a two-night stay in the Royal Suite at Hilton Lac-Leamy, and $1,000 IGA gift cards, along with several other prizes.
Special recognition goes to the five corporate RONA stores in Gatineau. Year after year, their teams rally behind ticket sales and contribute directly to funding Moisson Outaouais’ mission.
“For our teams, taking part in Loto-Moisson is a tangible way to give back to the community where we work every day. Our employees get involved in the campaign, talk to our customers about the cause and truly become part of the collective effort. We are proud to continue our commitment to Moisson Outaouais,” added Philippe Lavallée, District Manager at Rona Inc.
An Important Year for Moisson Outaouais
This year’s Loto-Moisson takes place at an important time for the organization, which is also leading its major fundraising campaign, Grandir ensemble, to finance the expansion of its facilities. The ongoing construction project will add 8,200 square feet and increase Moisson Outaouais’ capacity to recover, store and distribute more food. The project has become essential as the organization currently responds to nearly 94,000 requests for food assistance every month, a number that could reach 120,000 requests per month by 2027.
Moisson Outaouais extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who purchased a ticket, as well as to the partners, ticket retailers, volunteers and teams who contributed to the success of this 14th edition.
